Websites built to rank, load fast, and sell
Design, build, and migration for marketing sites and e-commerce — with SEO baked in, not bolted on.
Most agency sites look fine in the portfolio and fall apart in the analytics: slow on phones, invisible to search engines, and impossible for the client’s own team to update without a support ticket.
We build the opposite. Fast on cheap Androids, structured for Google from day one, and editable by your team. We work in Next.js when performance matters (it usually does), WordPress when your team lives in it, and Shopify when you’re selling things.
What’s included
No mystery boxes.
Exactly what you get, in the order you get it. Every item below has shown up on an invoice for a client, which is more than we can say for half the industry’s “proprietary process.”
Plan
Weeks 1–2, before anything visual. Skipping this is why most sites get rebuilt twice.
Discovery & site architecture
Pages mapped to keyword research, so the structure ships with search demand built in.
Content before design
Real copy shapes real layouts. Designing around lorem ipsum is how you get beautiful pages that say nothing.
A performance budget
We agree on a target — say, under 1 second Largest Contentful Paint on 4G — and design within it.
Build
Small senior team, no handoffs to juniors. You talk to the people writing the code.
Design that serves the message
Typography-led, on-brand, no template smell. Every template gets built to be edited by your team.
SEO baked into the build
Semantic HTML, structured data, metadata, sitemaps, redirects — the checklist is done before launch, not discovered after.
Accessible by default
WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigation, proper contrast, alt text. It’s right, and it’s also a ranking factor.
Fast on real devices
Tested on the mid-range Android your customers actually have, not just our MacBooks.
Launch and after
The part most agencies vanish on.
Migrations that keep your rankings
Every old URL mapped to its new home with proper redirects. We’ve done this enough times that we wrote a public checklist about it.
Hosting & monitoring
We set you up on infrastructure we’d use ourselves, with uptime and speed monitoring from day one.
A care plan, if you want one
Updates, backups, small changes, and a human who answers. Optional — we’ll hand over clean docs if you’d rather own it all.
How it runs
The first ninety days, mapped.
01
Scope
Week 1. A fixed price and a fixed page list. If we discover the project needs more, we tell you before you commit, not after.
02
Design & content
Weeks 2–4. Copy and design in the same loop, so the words and layouts ship together.
03
Build & test
Weeks 4–8. You get a staging link early and watch it come together. Speed and accessibility tested throughout, not at the end.
04
Launch & stabilize
Weeks 8–10. Migration, redirects, monitoring, and two weeks of included post-launch fixes while real users find the edge cases.
A good fit if…
- Your site is slow, dated, or embarrassing next to competitors
- You’re rebranding, merging sites, or migrating platforms
- Your team can’t update the current site without a developer
- You’re rebuilding specifically to grow organic traffic
Not a fit when…
- You need a complex custom web app — that’s a different discipline, and we’ll happily refer you to people who are great at it
- You want the cheapest possible build — there are $500 template shops and they’re the right call for some businesses
- You expect a site in two weeks — that’s not a timeline where good work survives
Told you we’d talk you out of things. A studio that qualifies its own clients is a studio that keeps them.
What it costs
Marketing sites start at $6,000. E-commerce starts at $12,000. Platform migrations start at $4,500. Every proposal is fixed-price with the page list attached, so scope arguments are impossible.
Care plans are optional and start at $150/month. We’d rather earn the retainer by being useful than lock you into one.
Prices are starting points, published here so you can qualify us before we talk — we’ve never understood the “it depends” pricing page.
Common questions
About web development, answered.
Why Next.js instead of WordPress?
For pure speed and SEO control, Next.js is the best tool we know — it’s what this site is built on. But if your team publishes content daily and lives in WordPress, a fast, lean WordPress build beats a perfect Next.js site your team never touches. We recommend the platform after discovery, not before.
Will we lose our Google rankings if we rebuild?
Not with a proper migration. Every URL gets mapped and redirected, content and metadata carry over, and we monitor Search Console through the transition. We’ve rebuilt sites that gained rankings because the new build was faster.
Who writes the content?
Either. We can write it (our SEO research makes it rank), or your team writes it and we edit it to fit the design and the keyword map. What we won’t do is launch with placeholder copy.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes — optional care plans starting at $150/month, or we hand over documentation and you self-manage. Roughly half our clients take each option.
